Domaine Gris des Bauries

Every year, since the begining of the domaine, we present our wines to the most prestigious contests.

We don't do that for glory, just to know where we stand in terms of quality.

In 2007, our first year, we won the gold at the Paris Concours Général. It was a great surprise and the best encouragement to keep going. The secret to make good wine, is first and before anything else to produce good grapes, really ripe and in perfect condition. Then the have to be transformed in a very careful, natural way, without any chemical. 

The following years confirmed we did it right.
